To get the most out of your candle, let the entire top layer of wax melt before extinguishing it for an even burn. We also recommend trimming the wick to about 1/4 inch before each use to keep the flame just right and minimize soot!

Our candles are made with quality ingredients to provide a long burn time. The exact burn time will vary depending on the size of the candle. Our 8 oz candles burn for around 50 hours, while our 4 oz candles provide a cozy burn time of 20-25 hours. You’ll be able to enjoy those delightful scents for hours on end!

We process orders within 1-2 business days, and you can expect your package to arrive within 1-5 business days after that. We’ll send you tracking information so you can keep an eye on your order as it makes its way to you!

Oh no! If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We’ll make it right by replacing the damaged product and covering the cost.

Yes! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. Just remember that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
